County of Barrhead - Farm Appraisals

Since the start of 2015, our certified appraisers have appraised and inspected over 22,000 acres in the County of Barrhead alone. As part of these farm appraisals, we also analyzed and viewed over 40,000 additional acres of land transactions within that municipality. The property types include dryland, ranchland, and country residential properties along with any given farmyard and associated farm improvements. Portions of these projects included analyses of surface lease revenue pertaining to oil and gas activity.
