MD of Taber - Farm Appraisals

Since the beginning of 2015, Serecon has appraised and inspected over 50,000 acres in the MD of Taber alone. As part of these farm appraisals, we also analyzed and viewed over 100,000 additional acres of land transactions within that municipality. The property types include dryland, irrigated, grassland, and country residential properties along with any given farmyard and associated farm improvements. Portions of these projects included analyses of agricultural damages pertaining to impacts caused to a given landowner. As a result, we have researched and visited most, if not all, areas of the MD of Taber within the last few years and our six accredited appraisers are available to analyze any needs of current or new clients.
