Over the last few years, Serecon has appraised over 2,500 acres of land in Parkland County and Sturgeon County. As part of the appraisals, our land experts researched and analyzed well over 10,000 acres of market data in these areas. As a result, we are very familiar with the real estate markets throughout these municipalities. Specifically, we have physically seen and analyzed properties nearby Entwhistle, Tomahawk, Wabamun Lake, Brightbank, Woodbend, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, Acheson, St. Albert, Sandy Beach, Alcomdale, Morinville, Bon Accord, Gibbons, Legal and Redwater as well as most, if not all, areas in between these centers. The appraisals included farmland, agri-business, country residential, and development/holding properties.
