Our agricultural appraisers have researched the value trend of farm land located to the east of Regina, Saskatchewan in the Rural Municipalities of Indian Head, North Qu'Appelle, and South Qu'Appelle. Our analysis of real estate transactions in that area has found that quality dryland properties have appreciated in value  approximately 7% from December, 2013 to June, 2014.
