Market research in the southwest region of Saskatchewan indicates that quality cropland has appreciated in value approximately 5% on average in the first half of 2017. The analysis includes sales research in areas including, but not limited to, Assiniboia, Val Marie, Shaunavon, Eastend, Cadillac, and Swift Current.
